Get Help From Others – You need help from others to quit smoking. Face it, you didn’t wake up one morning and say to yourself “today I’ll start smoking”. Most people start smoking because of peer pressure, a chance to fit in, they see their parents smoking or any number of other reasons. Smoking is a social activity, and so is quitting.Pick A Quit Date And Stick To It – Decide on a quit day in advance and try to cut down gradually. Make your quit date easy on yourself and others. Pick a Friday so that you have two days home where to lock yourself in and flush the toxins out in private. During this time drink lots of water.

Set a quit date. Smoking cessation is most successful when it’s done “cold turkey,” not by slowly reducing the number of cigarettes smoked daily.
Throw them out. Throw away all cigarettes and matches at home, in your car, and at work. Put away, or throw away, ashtrays and lighters.
Share your goal. Tell your family and friends you’re quitting and ask for their support.
Avoid triggers. Avoid alcohol, coffee, and other triggers for smoking.
Set a no-smoking policy. Do not allow anyone to smoke in your home or car, and avoid other people when they are smoking.
Get tools. Take advantage of available stop-smoking aids, including nicotine replacements, drug therapy, and counseling. Less than one in 10 smokers is able to quit without some help. Nicotine gums, skin patches, and lozenges are available over the counter. Nicotine nasal sprays and inhalers require a prescription from your doctor. Don’t smoke when using these products.I hope this could help those people who want’s to stop smoking, not just for my friend but for those who are in addiction of smoking cigarettes

281x211We the Kings are an unapologetically commercial pop-punk band from Bradenton, FL, a small town on the west coast of the state notable primarily for being the home of Tropicana orange juice. Friends since childhood (the band name refers to the name of their junior high mascot), the foursome — singer and guitarist Travis Clark, guitarist Hunter Thomsen, his bassist brother Drew Thomsen, and drummer Danny Duncan — formed the band while still attending high school. In 2007, under the guidance of manager Bret Disend, the still-teenage quartet placed a number of tracks on the social-networking site Purevolume to build their online buzz as an unsigned band while pursuing a deal with EMI’s revived faux-indie imprint S-Curve Records (Joss Stone, Fountains of Wayne, the Baha Men). Insomnia – how to cure it

Many people have a sleepless night once in a while but for some people, NOT sleeping is a habitual and they walk around half asleep, like people who were in the call centers. Without enough sleep we feel lousy, and function poorly and can’t enjoy what life has to offer. To cure Insomnia, there are some steps that I’ve found in the internet to cure it, and these are:

- Avoid stimulants like caffeine (found in cola, tea and chocolate) and excessive sugar. Certain medications like sinus pills and diet pills speed up the metabolism and can keep you awake long after they’re taken. Check with your doctor or pharmacist about any prescription drugs you are taking as there are many that can interfere with sleep. Nicotine products should be avoided close to bedtime as these can help you stay alert too.
- Don’t use alcohol as a sleep aid. It doesn’t work. Many people think that a drink—or many drinks—will relax them enough to sleep but alcohol only provides broken or interrupted sleep. It can make you wake up repeatedly through the night or only allow you to stay asleep for a few hours. Drinking in moderation is best for your sleep and your health in general.
- Exercise to improve your sleeping habits but don’t do it too close to bedtime. Getting your heart rate up keeps you awake. You need to exercise—especially if you’re a sedentary person—but it needs to be done several hours before you even attempt to sleep.
- Stop eating two or three hours before bedtime. It’s also best not to eat a huge meal at night. Trying to digest food while lying down will make it more difficult to go to sleep. It may also upset your digestive tract, which will cause you more problems. If you must have a snack, warm milk or foods high in trytophan (like turkey, cashews or yogurt) are a good choice. It’s best to stop liquids before bedtime so you don’t wake up to use the bathroom when you should be sleeping.
- Avoid napping during the day if you aren’t sleeping at night. Napping will help to train your body to sleep in the daytime or in short spurts rather than in seven- or eight-hour shifts.
- Turn off the TV and the computer about 30 minutes before bedtime as their light mimics the intensity of sunlight and can keep you up. Spend the last 30 minutes reading, practicing deep breathing, meditation or relaxation exercises. Taking a warm bath or listening to soothing music can also be relaxing.
- Keep regular bedtime and waking hours. This helps to train your body to sleep regularly. It is very hard to improve sleep when your hours are erratic. Choose a regular bedtime that allows you enough time for a full night’s sleep.

How to Cure Dandruff

DIET

People should avoid spicy and greasy food because it helps dandruff to increase and spread. People should add more vegetables and fruits on the diet. It is very essential to take fresh foods avoid taking tinned and canned foods add more green vegetables and fruits.
Strong tea and coffee, processed foods should be avoided for the dandruff.

HOME REMEDIES

- Fenugreek seeds
- Lime
- Green Gram Powder
- Snake gourd

OTHER REMEDIES

Dandruff can be removed by massaging the hair for half an hour with curd which has been kept in the open for three days or with a few drops of lime juice mixed with alma juice every night before going to bed. Another measure, which helps to counteract dandruff, is to dilute cider vinegar with an equal quantity of water and dab this on the hair with cotton wool in between shampooing. Cider vinegar added to the final rinsing water after shampooing also helps to disperse dandruff.

We’ve learned so many things about the other different kinds of animals, and we’ve learned also that a gorilla has a 97% of human DNA in their body. And things that give us more and new knowledge about the animals. There are many animals in the park, like the different kinds of birds, monkeys, bearcat, ostrich, tiger, the humongous salt water crocodile, and many more.

This is my first time to edit a picture like this, spot the difference between the two pictures. The “before” part have millions of lines on it that ruins the picture. Because of boredom, I’ve tried to edit the picture or to enhance it. Afterwards, it seems good but not totally that good because there are some lines that i can’t rid off. Because a begginer like me, needs more practice to be an expert of enhancing pictures.
